目的 了解铜绿假单胞菌(Pae)在医院感染中的分布特征及耐药性,为临床正确使用抗生素提供实验室依据.方法 回顾性分析我院2012年4月至2013年4月各类标本中分离出的352株铜绿假单胞菌,分别对其分布特点、临床检出率和药敏结果进行统计分析.结果 352株Pae的标本分布以痰液为主(149株),占42.33%;其次为创面分泌物(107株),占30.40%.科室分布以烧伤科为主(107株),占30.40%;其次为ICU(47株),占13.35%.对多粘菌E的耐药率最低,仅为0.62%,其次是丁胺卡那(32.56%)、环丙沙星(37.04%)和美罗培南(38.00%),其余抗菌素耐药率均>40%.结论 我院Pae主要分布在烧伤病房、ICU等科室,耐药率高且呈多重耐药,临床医生应根据药敏结果合理使用抗菌素,及时做好消毒隔离工作.

Objective To provide some evidences for the rational use of antibiotics investigating the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the hospital infection.Methods The detection rate,distribution characteristics,and drug sensitivity test findings of 352 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from different kinds of clinical specimens in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were retrospectively and statistically analyzed.Results The detection rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa in sputum samples was the highest(149 strains,42.33%),and that in wound secretions(107 strains,30.40%)came the next.P.aeruginosa mainly distributed in burn unit(30.40%) and ICU department(13.35%).Polymyxin E against pseudomonas aeruginosa were the most sensitive,with a resistance rate of 0.62%.The resistance rates to Amikacin,Meropenem,and Ciprofloxacin were 32.56%,38.00%,and 37.04%,respectively.The resistance rates to other antimicrobial agents were all over 40%.Conclusions In our hospital,P.aeruginosa mainly distribute in the burn unit and ICU department.P.aeruginosa has the characteristics of high resistance rate and multidrug resistance.Therefore,the clinicians should choose the antibiotics reasonably according to the antimicrobial susceptibility test results and do well in disinfection and isolation.
