目的 调查广州南航水站飞机二次供水卫生状况,为确保机组和旅客用水卫生安全提供依据. 方法 采集2004 2010年广州南航水站二次供水的水样,对水样游离性余氯、pH值、微生物指标、感观性状指标和化学指标进行综合评价. 结果 水站二次供水超标项目主要为游离性余氯、pH值和大肠菌群,其余指标均合格.2004年游离性余氯合格率仅为38.5%(以0.05 mg/L为标准),低于2005 2010年合格率(x2=15.230~24.390,P<0.01);2004 2010年pH值合格率呈下降趋势(x2=47.619,P<0.01),其中2009-2010年低于2004-2006年(x2=8.859~24.417,P<0.01);2004年大肠菌群合格率仅为84.6%,2004-2010年大肠菌群合格率差异有统计学意义(x2 =8.272,P<0.05).水站末梢水和水车中转水pH值合格率低于飞机末梢水(x2=12.857、10.418,P<0.01). 结论 ①广州南航水站总体上符合飞机二次供水的卫生要求,具备供水资质.②二次供水过程中存在卫生隐患:水质游离性余氯偏低,导致其受微生物重复污染的风险大大增加;水质偏酸性,对飞机供水系统腐蚀作用和对消毒负性作用不容忽视;大肠菌群污染问题应引起重视.

Objective To investigate the state of secondary water supply to the airplanes of China Southern Airlines in Guangzhou and to provide the reference of evaluating water sanitary for aircrew and passengers.Methods Water samples of secondary water supply at Guangzhou station of China Southern Airlines were collected and the free residual chlorine,pH value,microbial index,sensory property index and chemical index of water samples were tested and comprehensively evaluated.Results The indexes of samples fitted to the standard except the free residual chlorine,pH value and coliforms.The up-to-standard rate of residual chlorine in the samples of 2004 was only 38% (took≥0.05 mg/L as the standard),which was lower than that from 2005 to 2010(x2 =15.230-24.390,P<0.01).The up-to-standard rate of pH value showed declined tendency from 2004 to 2010 (x2=47.619,P<0.01).The up-to-standard rate of pH value from 2009 to 2010 was lower than that from 2004 to 2006 (x2 =8.859-24.417,P<0.01).The up-to-standard rate of coliform count was only 84.6 % in 2004.It was significantly different among the coliform counts from 2004 to 2010 (x2 =8.272,P<0.05).The up-to-standard rates of pH value in station tap water and in waterwheel water were lower than the tap water of aircraft (x2 =12.857,10.418,P< 0.01).Conclusions ①The general condition of secondary water supply at Guangzhou water station of China Southern Airlines fits to sanitary standard and enables the water supply certificate.②There are still potential hygiene problems in secondary water supply,such as residual chlorine level on the low side that may lead to the risk of microbial pollution greatly increased,and the acidity of water that may result in the corrosion of pipeline and negative effects of disinfection.Besides,coliform pollution should be paid more attention on.
