目的探讨持续质量改善(QC)小组干预减少手术护理意外伤的发生率.方法成立QC小组,通过现状调查进行原因分析,制定改进对策,组织实施,遵循PDCA循环过程进行持续质量改进.结果干预后手术护理意外伤的发生率由1％降至0.1％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论通过QC小组干预,有效的减少了手术护理意外伤的发生率,手术顺利完成,提高了手术室护理质量和患者及其家属的满意度,得到医生的好评.
목적 탐토지속질량개선(QC)소조간예감소수술호리의외상적발생솔.방법 성립QC소조,통과현상조사진행원인분석,제정개진대책,조직실시,준순PDCA순배과정진행지속질량개진.결과 간예후수술호리의외상적발생솔유1％강지0.1％,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01).결론 통과QC소조간예,유효적감소료수술호리의외상적발생솔,수술순리완성,제고료수술실호리질량화환자급기가속적만의도,득도의생적호평.
Objective To explore the effects of quality control (QC) interventions in reducing incidence of sub-surgical nursing accidental injury.Methods The continuous QC team was established to conduct the cause analysis through the field survey,to develop measures for improvement,following the plando-check-action (PDCA) cycle of continuous quality inprovement.Results After intervention the operative nursing care accident injury rate was dropped to 0.1％ from 1％,showing statistical significant difference (P＜0.01).Conclusion Through the intervention of the QC team,we can effectively reduce the incidence of surgical care accident,with successful completion of surgery,improve the quality of operating room nursing and satisfaction of patients and their families,which is very well received by a doctor.
