近年来文献相继报道肠促胰素除对糖代谢产生作用外,在骨代谢方面也产生重要作用,主要表现在促进骨形成、抑制骨吸收.其机制尚不明确,可能是通过影响骨钙素基因表达、骨保护素/核因子-κB受体活化因子配体系统和骨硬化蛋白水平.此外,肠促胰素对晚期糖基化终末产物、胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子、降钙素及血脂的作用也可能影响骨代谢.
近年來文獻相繼報道腸促胰素除對糖代謝產生作用外,在骨代謝方麵也產生重要作用,主要錶現在促進骨形成、抑製骨吸收.其機製尚不明確,可能是通過影響骨鈣素基因錶達、骨保護素/覈因子-κB受體活化因子配體繫統和骨硬化蛋白水平.此外,腸促胰素對晚期糖基化終末產物、胰島素、胰島素樣生長因子、降鈣素及血脂的作用也可能影響骨代謝.

Literatures have been reported in recent years that incretin plays an important role in bone metabolism,mainly in promoting bone formation and inhibiting bone resorption,in addition to its effects on glucose metabolism.The mechanism is not clear,may be by affecting the expression of osteocalcin,osteoprotegerin/receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand system and level of sclerosin.In addition,the action of incretin on advanced glycation end products,insulin,insulin-like growth factor,calcitonin and blood lipids may also affect bone metabolism.
