目的 系统评价青少年近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜及框架眼镜1~2年间眼轴长度的变化.方法 计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、CBM、CNKI、VIP和WanFang Data,检索时限均从建库至2013年7月,文种限中、英文.资料提取和纳入研究的方法学质量评价后,采用RevMan5.1软件进行Meta分析.结果 最终纳入7篇文献,共1 346只眼.Meta分析结果显示:与配戴框架眼镜组比较,配戴角膜塑形镜1年、2年,眼轴长度增长明显变缓[1年:MD=-0.52,95%CI(-0.82,-0.21),P=0.0009;2年:MD=-0.35,95%CI(-0.60,-0.09),P=0.0008].结论 角膜塑形镜能够延缓青少年近视患者眼轴的增长,起到控制近视发展的作用.但长期疗效仍需进一步随访证实.

Objective To systematically evaluate the change of axial length in 1-2 year among the teenager in myopia receiving orthokeratology (OK) treatment and wearing spectacles.Methods Such databases as PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane library,CBM,CNKI,VIP,and WangFang Data were searched.The retrieval time was from inception to July 2013,and the language was in both Chinese and English.After extracted the data and assessed the quality of the included studies.The meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.1 software.Results A total of 7 studies involving 1346 eyes were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that,compared with the conventional spectacles group,the axial length elongation in orthokeratology group increased slower among 1,2 years (One year:MD=-0.34,95%CI (-0.65,-0.03),P =0.003 Two year:MD=-0.35,95%CI (-0.60,-0.09),P =0.007).Conclusions OK can suppress axial length elongation in childhood myopia,and control the development of myopia.But further studies are still required for its long-term effect.
