硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H2S)作为新型的气体信号分子,广泛参与人体各个系统的调节。已知它在心血管系统、神经系统以及胃肠道系统中具有重要的调节作用。本文对近年来H2S在体内合成与代谢、生理活性、检测手段以及相关药物研发做一综述,为H2S供体型药物的研发与临床治疗提供有价值的参考。
硫化氫(hydrogen sulfide,H2S)作為新型的氣體信號分子,廣汎參與人體各箇繫統的調節。已知它在心血管繫統、神經繫統以及胃腸道繫統中具有重要的調節作用。本文對近年來H2S在體內閤成與代謝、生理活性、檢測手段以及相關藥物研髮做一綜述,為H2S供體型藥物的研髮與臨床治療提供有價值的參攷。

Apart from nitric oxide (NO) and carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has been considered as the third endogenous signaling gasotransmitter. The past few years have elucidated its signifi-cant role in cardiovascular system, nervous system and gastrointestinal system. In this review, we will sum-marize enzymatic pathways of H2S production and metabolism, overview its main biological activities, and outline fluorescent probes used for detecting H2S. Some H2S-donating drugs will also be involved to provide information for relevant new drug development.
