目的探讨牙体缺损玻璃纤维桩修复临床效果。方法2009年～2011年于苏州市吴中人民医院口腔科就诊的42例60颗牙体缺损患牙经完善根管治疗后，行玻璃纤维桩加树脂堆核成形后行全冠修复，随访6月～2年，通过临床和X 线检查，观察临床修复效果。结果玻璃纤维桩修复的牙齿有1例发生冠脱落、2例发生桩折断，其余修复体的固位、边缘密合度、牙周状况均良好，未见牙龈灰线、根折、桩脱落的情况，治疗成功率为95%。结论玻璃纤维桩核具有良好的生物相容性、抗折性、抗疲劳性、美观，是前牙大面积缺损修复的理想选择。
목적탐토아체결손파리섬유장수복림상효과。방법2009년～2011년우소주시오중인민의원구강과취진적42례60과아체결손환아경완선근관치료후，행파리섬유장가수지퇴핵성형후행전관수복，수방6월～2년，통과림상화X 선검사，관찰림상수복효과。결과파리섬유장수복적아치유1례발생관탈락、2례발생장절단，기여수복체적고위、변연밀합도、아주상황균량호，미견아간회선、근절、장탈락적정황，치료성공솔위95%。결론파리섬유장핵구유량호적생물상용성、항절성、항피로성、미관，시전아대면적결손수복적이상선택。
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of glass fiber post in repairing tooth defect.Methods 42 patients with 60 teeth of residual crown/root were collected during 2009~2011 at Stomatological Department of Suzhou Wuzhong People’s Hospital.After perfect root canal therapy,glass ifber post supported resin core was prepared,and completed by full crown restorations were repaired.After 6 months to 2 years follow up,clinical repaired effect was evaluated through X-ray and clinical observation.Results Among all 60 teeth repaired with glass fiber post,1 crown fall off,2 glass fiber post break,the other restorations is retentive,edge sealing,with sound periodontal situation,without gray line in gingival,without root fracture,without post fall off.The success rate of treatment is 95%.Conclusion Glass fiber post is possessed of good biological compatibility,fracture resistance,fatigue resistance,esthetics,and is ideal choice to repair large defects of anterior teeth.
