目的探讨腹主动脉瘤（abdominal aortic aneurysm，AAA）的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析15例腹主动脉瘤患者的临床资料，总结其诊断及治疗方法。结果1例患者因腹主动脉瘤破裂抢救无效死亡，5例行腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术（endovascular aortic aneurysm repair，EVAR），9例（其中2例为腹主动脉瘤破裂）行腹主动脉瘤切除+人工血管置换术（open repair，OR）。结论该病多数患者无症状，常因体检而偶然发现。彩超、CT、MRI、DAS对该病均有诊断价值。若瘤体破裂后死亡率极高。手术治疗是该病的最佳治疗方案，主要包括了腹主动脉瘤切除+人工血管置换术及腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术。
목적탐토복주동맥류（abdominal aortic aneurysm，AAA）적진단화치료방법。방법회고성분석15례복주동맥류환자적림상자료，총결기진단급치료방법。결과1례환자인복주동맥류파렬창구무효사망，5례행복주동맥류강내격절술（endovascular aortic aneurysm repair，EVAR），9례（기중2례위복주동맥류파렬）행복주동맥류절제+인공혈관치환술（open repair，OR）。결론해병다수환자무증상，상인체검이우연발현。채초、CT、MRI、DAS대해병균유진단개치。약류체파렬후사망솔겁고。수술치료시해병적최가치료방안，주요포괄료복주동맥류절제+인공혈관치환술급복주동맥류강내격절술。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment method of abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA). Method The clinic data of 15 cases with AAA were analyzed retrospectively to generate the diagnosis and treatment method of these cases.Result 1 case died after the rupture of AAA,5 cases were carried out by EVAR and 9 cases were carried out by resection of AAA,2 out of these 9 cases were rupture of AAA.Conclusion The most of AAA patients are found in regular medical examination.Color Doppler ultrasound,CT,MRI and DAS are valued diagnostic ways of AAA.The mortality rate is extremely high if the patients have the rupture of AAA. Surgery is the best treatment method of AAA,which includes open repair and endovascular aortic aneurysm repair.
