目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中Chemerin与颈动脉粥样斑块的相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验,检测T2DM合并颈动脉粥样斑块患者(A组,31例)、单纯T2DM患者(B组,29例)及正常对照者(C组,30名)血清Chemerin水平,同时检测空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂等,并计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果A、B组血清Chemerin水平均显著高于C组(P<0.01),同时A组血清Chemerin水平显著高于B组(P<0.01)。相关分析显示血清Chemerin与BMI、WHR、TC、FBG、HOMA-IR、INS和TG呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关。多元线性逐步回归分析表明,BMI、TC是血清Chemerin水平的独立影响因素。结论T2DM患者血清Chemerin水平升高,其与血压及血脂等在颈动脉粥样斑块的形成中共同发挥重要作用。

목적탐토2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자혈청중Chemerin여경동맥죽양반괴적상관성。방법채용쌍항체협심매련면역흡부시험,검측T2DM합병경동맥죽양반괴환자(A조,31례)、단순T2DM환자(B조,29례)급정상대조자(C조,30명)혈청Chemerin수평,동시검측공복혈당(FBG)、당화혈홍단백(HbA1c)、혈지등,병계산체중지수(BMI)、요둔비(WHR)、이도소저항지수(HOMA-IR)。결과A、B조혈청Chemerin수평균현저고우C조(P<0.01),동시A조혈청Chemerin수평현저고우B조(P<0.01)。상관분석현시혈청Chemerin여BMI、WHR、TC、FBG、HOMA-IR、INS화TG정정상관,여HDL-C정부상관。다원선성축보회귀분석표명,BMI、TC시혈청Chemerin수평적독립영향인소。결론T2DM환자혈청Chemerin수평승고,기여혈압급혈지등재경동맥죽양반괴적형성중공동발휘중요작용。
Objective To explore the relationship between Chemerin and carotid plague in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Serum Chemerin were determined by ELISA in 60 patients with T2DM,who were divided into group A(31 cases with carotid plague) and group B(29 cases without carotid plague).Fasting plasma glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) and some other metabolic variables were also measured.The results were compared to those of 30 healthy controls(group C).Results Both group A and group B had signiifcantly elevated serum Chemerin levels relative to group C(P<0.01).Group A had signiifcantly higher serum Chemerin levels relative to group B(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that serum Chemerin was positively correlated with BMI,WHR,TC,FBG,HOMA-IR,INS and TG,but negatively with HDL-C(P<0.05). Furthermore,multiple regression analysis showed that BMI,TC was the independent factor of serum Chemerin level(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum Chemerin levels in T2DM were higher,and it with blood pressure and blood lipids may play an important role in developing carotid plague in diabetic patients.
