针对某难处理金精矿,采用连续生物预氧化-炭浸提金工艺,在一级氧化3d、二级氧化4d、矿浆浓度15%、充气速率0.2 m3/(L· h)、温度45℃条件下,硫化物的氧化率95.96%,氧化渣炭浸提金浸出率96.54%。
針對某難處理金精礦,採用連續生物預氧化-炭浸提金工藝,在一級氧化3d、二級氧化4d、礦漿濃度15%、充氣速率0.2 m3/(L· h)、溫度45℃條件下,硫化物的氧化率95.96%,氧化渣炭浸提金浸齣率96.54%。
침대모난처리금정광,채용련속생물예양화-탄침제금공예,재일급양화3d、이급양화4d、광장농도15%、충기속솔0.2 m3/(L· h)、온도45℃조건하,류화물적양화솔95.96%,양화사탄침제금침출솔96.54%。
For a refractory gold concentrate , continuous bacterial preoxidation -cyaniding experi-ments were carried out .The oxidation ratio of sulfide was 95.96% and the leaching rate of gold was 96.54%when the pulp density being 15%, primary oxidation time being 3 days, the seconda-ry oxidation time being 4 days, the agitation speed being 300 r/min,the temperature being 45℃and the aeration rate being 0.2 m3/(L· h).
