针对某含铜金精矿,研究了焙烧-酸浸-萃取回收铜工艺。结果表明,在焙烧温度650℃,焙砂在初酸浓度为35 g/L、液固比1.5∶1,浸出温度90℃,浸出时间1.5 h的条件下,铜浸出率高达96.30%,酸浸渣铜品位可降至0.2%以下;萃取剂浓度为20%,相比O/A=2∶1,混合时间为4 min,pH值1.5,铜萃取率可达96%以上,实现了铜的高效回收。
針對某含銅金精礦,研究瞭焙燒-痠浸-萃取迴收銅工藝。結果錶明,在焙燒溫度650℃,焙砂在初痠濃度為35 g/L、液固比1.5∶1,浸齣溫度90℃,浸齣時間1.5 h的條件下,銅浸齣率高達96.30%,痠浸渣銅品位可降至0.2%以下;萃取劑濃度為20%,相比O/A=2∶1,混閤時間為4 min,pH值1.5,銅萃取率可達96%以上,實現瞭銅的高效迴收。
침대모함동금정광,연구료배소-산침-췌취회수동공예。결과표명,재배소온도650℃,배사재초산농도위35 g/L、액고비1.5∶1,침출온도90℃,침출시간1.5 h적조건하,동침출솔고체96.30%,산침사동품위가강지0.2%이하;췌취제농도위20%,상비O/A=2∶1,혼합시간위4 min,pH치1.5,동췌취솔가체96%이상,실현료동적고효회수。
Focusing on a refractory gold concentrate containing copper , a process of roasting -acid leaching -extraction was applied and the optimum conditions were found .Test results show that the Cu leaching rate was 96.30%, and the copper grade of acid -leach residue was lower than 0 .2%.the concentrate was roasted 2 h at 650 ℃, and leached with 35 g/L sulfuric acid at 90 ℃for 1.5 h, with the liquid-solid ratio being 1.5 ∶1.Copper was then extracted from the lixivium at optimal condition .The extraction agent concentration was 20% and O/A ratio was 2 ∶1 , with the mixing time being 4 min and pH value being 1.5.The extraction rate of copper was above 96%.The copper element was recoveried effectively using the process .
