提高油气田开发效益是一项系统工程,不仅取决于运行过程中的各种成本控制方法、设备与系统运行效率的提高技术以及开发方案优化技术等,更是与从建井到成井的整个井筒生命周期的管理息息相关。分析了现有管理模式下,因建井、成井与用井环节的脱节造成的一系列开发矛盾,以及大量的后期维修工作量和费用等问题。从井筒全生命周期管理的角度出发,提出以需求为导向,建立起建设与使用有机衔接的钻采一体化管控模式。

Providing the development beneift of oil and gas ifeld is a system engineering project, which not only depends on the various cost control methods during operation process, the enhance technology of operation efifciency for equipment and system and optimization technology of development program, but also closely relates to wellbore full life cycle management from well establishing to well completion. Aiming at the existing management mode, some problems were analyzed in this paper including a series of develop-ment contradictions caused by link disconnection among well establishing, well completion and well usage and a large number of late repair workload and costs. Form the view of wellbore full life cycle management, the demand-oriented drilling and production integra-tion control mode was proposed, which is helpful to establish the organic connection between construction and usage.
