实施《环境空气质量标准》(GB 3095-2012)后,随着PM10、NO2年均浓度标准值的调整,新疆19城市空气质量达标情况将发生变化,同时调严NO2日均浓度标准值将导致新疆城市首要大气污染物及超标率亦随之变化。本文采用2012年新疆19城市大气污染物日均值和年均值数据,对新标准实施后新疆城市空气质量进行分析,结果显示,北疆PM10超标城市增加6个,NO2超标率的增加导致首要污染物发生明显改变,优良天数比例下降明显。

실시《배경공기질량표준》(GB 3095-2012)후,수착PM10、NO2년균농도표준치적조정,신강19성시공기질량체표정황장발생변화,동시조엄NO2일균농도표준치장도치신강성시수요대기오염물급초표솔역수지변화。본문채용2012년신강19성시대기오염물일균치화년균치수거,대신표준실시후신강성시공기질량진행분석,결과현시,북강PM10초표성시증가6개,NO2초표솔적증가도치수요오염물발생명현개변,우량천수비례하강명현。
The implementation of“ambient air quality standard”(GB 3095-2012) ,with PM10 ,NO2 average annual density standard value adjustment ,the air quality standards of 19 city in Xinjiang will change .At the same time ,the reduced average concentration of NO2 standard values will lead to change for primary air pollutants and exceed the standard rate of Xinjiang city . In the paper , atmospheric pollutants of the daily average and annual average data in Xinjiang city was used to evaluate urban air quality level .It is pointed out the cities number of PM10 concentration exceed the standard in northern Xinjiang is added to six ,and the increased of NO2 exceed the standard rate in primary pollutant changed significantly ,the number of fine days decreased significantly .
