为掌握青海省《新课程标准》实施现状，诊断青海省《新课标》实施后学校体育发展的症结所在，本文通过对青海省中小学体育教学现状进行调查，探析青海省学校体育良性发展的条件和机制，以期为青海省中小学学校体育发展提供理论依据，也为教育行政主管部门决策提供参考。
為掌握青海省《新課程標準》實施現狀，診斷青海省《新課標》實施後學校體育髮展的癥結所在，本文通過對青海省中小學體育教學現狀進行調查，探析青海省學校體育良性髮展的條件和機製，以期為青海省中小學學校體育髮展提供理論依據，也為教育行政主管部門決策提供參攷。
위장악청해성《신과정표준》실시현상，진단청해성《신과표》실시후학교체육발전적증결소재，본문통과대청해성중소학체육교학현상진행조사，탐석청해성학교체육량성발전적조건화궤제，이기위청해성중소학학교체육발전제공이론의거，야위교육행정주관부문결책제공삼고。
Through nearly 10 years of the implementation of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard ,The sports work of the schools looks as if it goes on smoothly on the surface .But the health of the young goes from bad to worse in our country .In view of this ,to grasp the implementation situations in Qinghai province ,to find out the real reasons after the schools carry out the sports development according to Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard ,this article analyses the conditions and mechanism of the good development of the school sports in Qinghai province by doing a survey about the present teaching situation in the middle and primary schools .As a result ,it not only can provide theoretical basis for the school sports development of the middle and primary schools in Qinghai province ,but also the ref-erence for the decisions of the administrative department of education .
