水利工程质量检测是工程建设的重要环节，检测结果是工程质量检验与评定的重要依据．杭州市水利工程质量检测机构少，专业不齐全，外行业检测机构数量多，承接水利业务标准不配套，在水利工程检测实施过程中存在在建工程质量检测未落实、质量检测过程综合监管缺失等诸多问题，对此，提出了加强工程质量检测管理强化建设单位委托检测，重视工程实体质量检测，完善体制，明确监管职责的相关对策充分．

Quality detection for water conservancy engineering is an important link in engineering construction and the detection results are the major basis for engineering quality inspection and evaluation. There are less quality inspection institutions for water conservancy engineering in Hangzhou, with insufficient professional standards, contributing to inadequate quality monitoring and process supervision in the constructing process of water conservancy engineering. In this paper, some related countermeasures are discussed in the aspects of strengthening engineering quality inspection management by focusing on project entity quality detection and perfecting supervision responsibility.
