现有的茶多酚分离制备工艺大多采用有机溶剂或大孔树脂,给产品带来了有机溶剂残留的安全隐患。本文概述了茶多酚的生产工艺及其残留溶剂的检测方法,主要介绍了直接进样气相色谱法、顶空气相色谱法和固相微萃取气相色谱法这三种方法在残留溶剂测定中的应用进展;提出有必要研究有机溶剂多残留快速检测技术,制定限量标准,提升加工工艺。
現有的茶多酚分離製備工藝大多採用有機溶劑或大孔樹脂,給產品帶來瞭有機溶劑殘留的安全隱患。本文概述瞭茶多酚的生產工藝及其殘留溶劑的檢測方法,主要介紹瞭直接進樣氣相色譜法、頂空氣相色譜法和固相微萃取氣相色譜法這三種方法在殘留溶劑測定中的應用進展;提齣有必要研究有機溶劑多殘留快速檢測技術,製定限量標準,提升加工工藝。

Organic solvent and macroporous resin were mostly adopted as the existing technologies of separation and preparation of tea polyphenols, and it brought potential security problems of organic solvent residues in products. This paper reviewed the processing technologies of tea polyphenols and detection methods of possible residual solvents in products. It was primarily focused on the prospect application of direct injection gas chromatography, head-space gas chromatography and solid phase microextraction gas chromatography in organic solvent residues detection. Meanwhile, it presented that it was necessary to study the rapid detection methords of organic solvent residues, establish the limit standard and promote processing technology.
