通过7-二乙氨基香豆素-3-醛和碘化3-乙基-2-甲基苯并噻唑盐的缩合反应,合成了一种具有比较宽的斯托克斯位移的荧光性硫代半菁染料.UV-vis分光光度法、荧光分光光度法和核磁滴定等研究表明:在含水体系中,硫代半菁染料以吸收蓝移和发射比率荧光变化双重传感高选择性识别氰离子,这是由于氰离子对硫代半菁染料的亲核加成导致分子内电荷转移(ICT)过程被破坏而造成的.

A fluorescent thiohemicyanine with a wide stokes shift has been prepared through a condensation reaction of 7-diethylaminocoumarin-3-carbaldehyde and 3-ethyl-2-methylbenzothiazol 3-ium iodide. The study of UV-vis spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectrophotometry and nuclear magnetic titration indicates that the thiohemicyanine displays high selectivity for cyanide over other anions by dual changes in both absorption (blue-shift) and emission (ratiometric fluorescent) bands in aqueous media. These changes are mainly due to blocking of the ICT process arising from a nucleophillic addition of cyanide anion to the thiohemicyanine.
