对多自由度柔性送料机械手系统的构成、功能和实际应用进行了研究.为了满足某加工中心多品种大型工件的送料、卸料和装夹的需求,设计了相应的机电传动、液压、电气驱动、PLC自动及触摸屏控制系统,实现了各部分之间的连接与通讯.通过应用,柔性送料机械手系统运行稳定,工作可靠,结构简单,制造成本较低,具有良好的可行性和实用性.

This paper studies the structure, function and practical application of flexible feeding manipulator system with multi degree of freedom. The system is made to meet the needs of feed-ing, unload and clamping of multi varieties of large workpiece in one machining center. Mean-while, we design relevant control system of electromechanical transmission, hydraulic pressure, electrical drive, PLC automatic control and touch panel control to realize connection and commu-nication of various parts. Through practical use we find that the system is stable and reliable with simple structure and low cost which has good feasibility and utility.
