本文简要介绍了上海市城建集团使用Tekla Structures软件在Pc深化设计以及BIM技术研究中的应用情况。上海城建大力推行住宅产业化,采用预制装配式住宅结构(Prefabricated Concrete,简称PC),主要构件在工厂生产加工,然后在工地现场拼装建造住宅。传统的以点、线、面等基本几何信息为基础的CAD技术生成的平法施工图表达不详细、有歧义、钢筋定位信息不完整,无法满足工厂加工深度要求。我们利用先进的Tekla软件,创建1:1的包含丰富数据的BIM模型,运行碰撞检查,自动生成构件详图,模拟现场施工。

This paper Structures Software in the briefly introduces the study of Shanghai Urban Construction Group applying the Tekla PC (Prefabricated Concrete) detailing design and BIM technology. Shanghai Urban Construction Group vigorously promotes the industrialization of housing, using the Prefabricated Concrete housing strueture. The main components are manufactured in the factory first and then are assembled in the construction field. The traditional CAD technology based on point, line, surface and other basic geometric elements cannot generate detailed construction drawings and may contain ambiguity, incomplete information of concrete iron positioning Therefore, the traditional method cannot meet the factory's advanced Tekla Software can create 1:1 BIM models with a requirement on the processing depth . Fortunately, the wealth of data, check the collision, automatically generate workshop drawings of PC assemblies and finally simulate the field construction.
