以引进的三倍体毛白杨BM27为试材，介绍了外植体的采集、消毒、分化、生根培养、移栽等一系列三倍体毛白杨组织培养繁殖技术。结果认为，三倍体毛白杨组培，最佳增殖配方为：MS＋6-BA0．5mg,／L＋NAA1．0mg／L，最佳生根配方为：1／2MS＋IBA1．0mg／L．

Rapid propagation techniques of explant collection,sterilization, differentiation, rooting culture were introduced with the introduced triploid Populus tomentosa BM27 as material. Results showed that the best tissue treatment was MS + 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA + 1.0 mg/L NAA and the best rooting treatment formula was 1/2 MS + 1.0 mg/L IBA.
