简述了地木耳藻体的自然形态,通过在光照培养箱中进行液体和固体培养,对地木耳不同发育阶段的形态特征进行了观察。结果表明,地木耳的繁殖方式有细胞二分裂、形成藻殖段、出芽、产生厚壁孢子和异形胞萌发等,地木耳的形态发育主要包括藻殖段、小群体、大群体和片状体几个阶段,且不同培养条件下的发育过程存在差异。

The morphological development and life cycle of Nostoc commune Vauch. were researched. The characteristics of each stage were observed with light microscope by two culture methods of liquid and solid. Results showed that the repro-ductive manner of N. commune could be carried by cell division, hormogonum, segment bud, chlamydospore and heterocyst. The life cycle of N. commune included four stages, hormogonum, small colony, large colony and lamellar colony. The development process presented difference by different culture methods.
