通过研究溴酸钾与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)氧化褪色反应的适宜条件,建立了分光光度法测定痕量溴酸钾的新方法.结果表明:在盐酸介质中溴酸钾氧化PAN褪色,最大吸收波长为440nm,表观摩尔吸收系数为1.4×10^4L·mol^-1cm^-1,溴酸钾从4mg/L到20mg/L符合比尔定律,试样加标回收率为93%-105%,RSD为2.3%,检出限为1.09mg/L,可用于实际样品检测.
通過研究溴痠鉀與1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)氧化褪色反應的適宜條件,建立瞭分光光度法測定痕量溴痠鉀的新方法.結果錶明:在鹽痠介質中溴痠鉀氧化PAN褪色,最大吸收波長為440nm,錶觀摩爾吸收繫數為1.4×10^4L·mol^-1cm^-1,溴痠鉀從4mg/L到20mg/L符閤比爾定律,試樣加標迴收率為93%-105%,RSD為2.3%,檢齣限為1.09mg/L,可用于實際樣品檢測.
통과연구추산갑여1-(2-필정우담)-2-내분(PAN)양화퇴색반응적괄의조건,건립료분광광도법측정흔량추산갑적신방법.결과표명:재염산개질중추산갑양화PAN퇴색,최대흡수파장위440nm,표관마이흡수계수위1.4×10^4L·mol^-1cm^-1,추산갑종4mg/L도20mg/L부합비이정률,시양가표회수솔위93%-105%,RSD위2.3%,검출한위1.09mg/L,가용우실제양품검측.
Using the oxidation-decoloration of 1- (2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN), a new method for the determination of the trace potassium bromate was established.The appropriate conditions for the oxidation of PAN by potassium bromate in hydrochloric aeid medium were studied. The maximum absorption peak is located at 440 nm with an apparent molar absorption coefficient of 1.4 × 10^4L.mol^-1.cm^-1. The linear range is 4-20mg/L, the reeovery was from 93% to 105%, relative standard deviation was 2.3% ;deteetion limit was 1.09 mg/L. The proposed method has been applied in determining of trace potassium bromate in food sample with satisfactory results.
