盐环定扬黄工程渠首泵站轴流泵自安装运行以来机组振动严重,影响泵站安全、经济运行,针对水泵振动分析了原因,提出了改造方案和依据并进行实施.选用适合水位变动较大及扬程幅度宽的混流泵,减少中间联接轴,减小叶轮运行的摆度,同时降低转数,减小泵的汽蚀,最终改为单基础立式蜗壳混流泵.改造后的混流泵运行振动相对轴流泵减小,能源单耗有效降低,维修方便,运行管理费用降低,为泵站的安全、经济运行提供了有利的保障.
鹽環定颺黃工程渠首泵站軸流泵自安裝運行以來機組振動嚴重,影響泵站安全、經濟運行,針對水泵振動分析瞭原因,提齣瞭改造方案和依據併進行實施.選用適閤水位變動較大及颺程幅度寬的混流泵,減少中間聯接軸,減小葉輪運行的襬度,同時降低轉數,減小泵的汽蝕,最終改為單基礎立式蝸殼混流泵.改造後的混流泵運行振動相對軸流泵減小,能源單耗有效降低,維脩方便,運行管理費用降低,為泵站的安全、經濟運行提供瞭有利的保障.

There is severe vibration in axial flow pump unit of Yanhuangding Yanghuang project headwork pumping station since it is installed and running, safety and economic operation of pumping station is influenced. For the pump vibration, the reason is analyzed, and renovation scheme and basis is put forward and applied. Scheme selects mixed flow pump which is suitable for water level changes and wide lift range, and reduces intermediate connecting shaft, reduces impeller running swing, reduces the speed to reduce the pump cavitation, uses single basis for vertical volute mixed flow pump. After the transformation of the mixed-flow pump, vibration is reduced relatively, energy consumption is reduced, repair is convenient, cost of operation and management is reduced, it provides safeguard on safety and economic operation.
