利用对比差值、标准差与不确定度、缺测率、粗差率和一致率等方法,对宁夏西吉县国家基本气象站2003年1月-2005年12月自动站和人工站观测数据进行对比分析。结果发现:对比观测期内各要素自动站平均缺测率和粗差率均在标准值内;除气温外,其他各要素的一致率及其准确度能够满足日常业务使用;气压、0~20cm地温、气温和相对湿度平均差达到标准;气温的一致率略低于标准,观测时间不一致是产生差异的主要原因;自动站与人工站10min与2min风速和风向相符率差值较大,其准确度也存在一定的误差,造成这些差异的主要原因是仪器原理、观测方法、观测时间、仪器技术I}生能的不同以及样本差异等。

Using methods of difference contrast, standard deviation, uncertainty, data missing rate, gross errors rate and consistent rate, the observational data were analyzed between automatic station and manual station in Xiji County National Basic Weather Station from January 2003 to December 2005. Results show average data missing rate and gross errors rate are in standard value by contrast the various elements of the observation period; consistency and accuracy of other elements can meet daily business use except temperature; mean difference of pressure, 0N20 cm ground temperature, air temperature and relative humidity are in standard range; consistency rate of temperature is slightly lower than the standard, observation time inconsistency is the main reason for the differences; match rates of wind speed and direction in 10 rain and 2 min are low between automatic weather station and manual station, accuracy of observation is larger difference between them, and there is a certain degree of error, the main reason for these differences are caused by the principle of equipment, methods of observation, observation time, the different technical performance of the instrument, as well as sample differences.
