幸福感是一种心理体验，它既是对生活的客观条件和所处状态的一种事实判断，又是对生活的主观意义和满足程度的一种价值判断。幸福感是大学生心理健康发展的需要，是大学生创造人生价值的强大动力和精神力量。培养大学生幸福感既要引导他们树立正确的幸福观，提高自身的修养，又要引导他们善于发现生活中的幸福，更要把享受幸福与创造幸福结合起来。
倖福感是一種心理體驗，它既是對生活的客觀條件和所處狀態的一種事實判斷，又是對生活的主觀意義和滿足程度的一種價值判斷。倖福感是大學生心理健康髮展的需要，是大學生創造人生價值的彊大動力和精神力量。培養大學生倖福感既要引導他們樹立正確的倖福觀，提高自身的脩養，又要引導他們善于髮現生活中的倖福，更要把享受倖福與創造倖福結閤起來。

Feeling of happiness is a psychological experience. It is not only a factual judgment of? the objec- tive living conditions as well as the state, but also a value judgment of the subjective meaning of life and satisfaction. Feeling of happiness is the demand of the college students' psychological health development and is college students' powerful motivation and spiritual strength for creating value of life. The develop- ment of college students' feeling of happiness requires both guiding them towards a correct overview of happiness and an enhanced self-cultivation and guiding them towards the discovery of happiness in life and the combination of enjoying happiness with creating happiness.
