应用Moldilow软件流动分析模块，针对塑料支架三种不同浇口位置，进行了充填动态模拟分析，找出了浇口最佳位置及成型工艺参数，为模具优化设计、加工提供理论依据，并能改善制品的成型质量。

This paper, with the application of Moldflow flow analysis software module and according to the three different gate location of plastic stent, conducts filling dynamic simulation analysis, finds out the best position of gate and molding technique parameter, provides a theoretical basis for optimal die design and processing, and, to improve the forming quality of the products.
