以木屑为原料磷酸法生产活性炭的工艺中,原料木屑的含水率随着收购批次和地点的不同,变化很大。由于木屑干燥工艺是相对稳定的,湿木屑含水率的变化,直接导致干燥后木屑含水率的差异。木屑含水率的变化,在相同的配比下,也会导致活性炭产品性能的变化。
以木屑為原料燐痠法生產活性炭的工藝中,原料木屑的含水率隨著收購批次和地點的不同,變化很大。由于木屑榦燥工藝是相對穩定的,濕木屑含水率的變化,直接導緻榦燥後木屑含水率的差異。木屑含水率的變化,在相同的配比下,也會導緻活性炭產品性能的變化。

In southern China, the making of activated carbon from saw-dust is usually by chemically with phosphoric acid. The water content of saw-dust varies greatly as the rainy weather. So, the quality of activated carbon is instable,because the steady water content of wood can not be insured by drying process. This paper discusses the effect of water content in saw-dust on the adsorbability of activated carbon by chemically activated with phosphoric acid
