2007年国家开始实施新资助政策体系，高校学生资助工作进入新的历史阶段。结合资助工作实践，从运行机制构建、打造立体资助体系等方面，对当前资助工作存在的问题进行了思考，介绍了资助工作成效，对深化当前高校学生资助工作，充分发挥资助工作的育人功能，具有一定的指导意义。

Since our country implemented the new subsidy system in 2007, college students' subsidy work has entered a new historical stage. Based on the subsidy practice in Anhui University of Science and Technology, this paper reflects on the problems of the current subsidy work from the constructions of operating mechanism and three - dimensional financial aid system. Moreover, it introduces the effectiveness of the subsidy work in AUST, which helps deepen the subsidy work for college students and give full play to the educational function of such subsidy work.
