采用2,4,6-三甲基间苯二胺(TMmPDA)、4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(DADPE)和3,3',4,4'-四羧基联苯二酐(BP-DA)为主原料,摩尔比为1∶4∶5,合成得到了三甲基间苯二胺型聚酰胺酸(TMPAA)溶液,涂膜,热亚胺化,制得了三甲基间苯二胺型聚酰亚胺(TMPI)薄膜,并对其粘度、力学性能等进行了研究。
採用2,4,6-三甲基間苯二胺(TMmPDA)、4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(DADPE)和3,3',4,4'-四羧基聯苯二酐(BP-DA)為主原料,摩爾比為1∶4∶5,閤成得到瞭三甲基間苯二胺型聚酰胺痠(TMPAA)溶液,塗膜,熱亞胺化,製得瞭三甲基間苯二胺型聚酰亞胺(TMPI)薄膜,併對其粘度、力學性能等進行瞭研究。
채용2,4,6-삼갑기간분이알(TMmPDA)、4,4'-이안기이분미(DADPE)화3,3',4,4'-사최기련분이항(BP-DA)위주원료,마이비위1∶4∶5,합성득도료삼갑기간분이알형취선알산(TMPAA)용액,도막,열아알화,제득료삼갑기간분이알형취선아알(TMPI)박막,병대기점도、역학성능등진행료연구。
The polyamic acid(PAA)solution was obtained through the polycondensation reaction between 3,3′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic biphenyl dianhydride(BPDA) and aromatic diamines including 2,4,6-trimethyl-meta-phenylenediamine(TMmPDA) and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether(DADPE).The molar ration is as follows:TMmPDA∶DADPE∶BPDA=1∶4∶5.The corresponding polyimide film was prepared by thermal imidization of the thin layer of above-mentioned PAA solution.Moreover,the viscosity and mechanical properties were also studied in this paper.
