利用精确对角化方法计算了带有类氢施主杂质的量子点的能量和波函数,通过密度矩阵方法得到光折射率改变量的表达式,在这基础上计算了抛物量子点由基态(L=0态)跃迁到第一激发态(L=1态)的光折射率改变量,并与无杂质量子点的结果作对比.
利用精確對角化方法計算瞭帶有類氫施主雜質的量子點的能量和波函數,通過密度矩陣方法得到光摺射率改變量的錶達式,在這基礎上計算瞭拋物量子點由基態(L=0態)躍遷到第一激髮態(L=1態)的光摺射率改變量,併與無雜質量子點的結果作對比.

A investigation of the refractive index changes (RICs) of a hydrogenic donor in a disc-like parabolic quantum dot(QD) has been performed by using the matrix diagonalization method. The parabolic QD without hydrogenic impurity were taken into account for comparison. The linear and nonlinear RIC of a hydrogenic donor in QD between the ground ( L = 0) and the first excited state ( L = 1)have been examined based on the computed energies and wave functions.
