采用C18固相柱提取水样中百菌清杀菌剂,通过毛细管气相色谱法一电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)定量,供试农药的平均加标回收率为78.6%-93.0%。2.0μg/L空白加标实验的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.069,实际样品的测定结果表明,该方法分离效果好,能够满足饮用水中百菌清分析的要求。

The C18 solid phase column extracts chlorothalonil in water, which quantitatively is analyzed by capillary gas chromatography- electron capture detector (GC--ECD), the average recoveries is ?8.6% - 95.0%. 2.0 μg/L blank and standard test of relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.069, actual sample measurement results show that this method has good separation effect, can satisfy chlorothalonil analysis requirements in water.
