总氮是衡量水质的重要指标之一,是无机氮和有机氮的总和,浓度应高于氨氮。但实际检测工作中有时会出现总氮的测定结果小于氨氮的异常现象。本文根据消解化学方程式,分析了该现象产生的原因,对方法进行改进,用TOC/TN分析仪测定总氮,使实验数据更加准确。仪器法的整个过程操作简便、快速、环保。

Total nitrogen is one of the important indicators of water quality. It is the sum of inorganic and organic nitrogen. According to mason general, total nitrogen value should be greater than ammonia - nitrogen. But the actual check sometimes occurs as a result of the detemaination of total nitrogen is less than the annnonia - nitrogen. This paper analyses the cause of the problem according to the chemical equation of the process of digestion and determination of total nitrogen by TOC/TN instrument. The results showed that: TOC/TN total nitrogen determination is simple, rapid, accurate, and environment friendly.
