随着高等教育大众化的发展，多数地方高校的教育职能已转变为培养有就业竞争力的高端人才。以地方高校为中旅（大连）输送英语导游人才为例，通过一年的实证研究，采用问卷调查及访谈的形式，剖析出校企联合模式的教育与经济价值，并提出建议及措施。

With the popularization of higher education, the educational function ot most ot local umversities and colleges has been changed into training competitive high-end talents for the job market. Taking local universities' sending tour guides to CTS (Dalian) as an example and conducting one-year empirical research, we adopted the forms of questionnaire survey and interview, and analyzed the educational and economic values of cooperation pattern of university and business, and proposed suggestions and measures.
