目的探讨个性化护理管理在白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法将2011年3月至2012年7月的564例白内障患者随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者在手术前后给予一般的常规护理,观察组患者则根据每个患者的具体特点,实行全程、高效、优质的个性化护理管理方法,最后分别记录术后出现严重并发症例数,患者的住院时间和对白内障疾病的认知情况,并发放护理满意度调查问卷,统计两组患者对护理过程的满意度。结果观察组患者平均住院时间2.5d,全部病例都具备了一定的白内障疾病相关知识,未出现术后严重并发症,对个性化护理的满意度为99×6%;对照组患者平均住院时间5.0d,仅34.75%的患者对白内障疾病有一定的认知,有3例出现术后严重并发症。护理满意度为79.78%。,两组在住院时间,疾病认知,出现并发症人数及对护理满意度方面,差异有统计学意义( P<0×05)。结论个性化护理管理为患者提供全程、高效和优质的护理服务,根据患者的自身特点,更贴心地为患者着想,缩短了患者的住院时间,进一步提高了对护理服务满意程度,有利于患者的视力恢复,应加大临床上个性化护理管理的应用程度。

Objective To explore the effects of personalized care management in patients undergoing cataract surgery. Methods 564 cataract patients from March 2011 to July 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients of control group were treated with conventional care before and after surgery, while observation group patients were trea-ted with whole-course, efficient, high-quality personalized care according to the specific characteristics of each patient.The num-ber of patients with severe postoperative complications, the patients′hospitalization days, and their cataract disease awareness were recorded respectively .And nursing satisfaction questionnaires were handed out to patients from the two groups and the re-sults were analyzed statistically.Results Hospitalization days of the observation group patients averaged 2.5 days and all pa-tients had knowledge of cataract disease without severe postoperative complications with personalized care satisfaction 99.6%. Hospitalization days of the control group averaged 5.0 days and only 34.75% of patients had knowledge of cataract disease. Three patients had severe postoperative complications and the personalized care satisfaction was 79.78%.There was significant differences in hospitalization days, knowledge of the disease, the number of patients with complications and nursing satisfaction, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized care management provided patients with whole-ourse, efficient, high-quality personalized care according to the specific characteristics of each patient, shortened the hos-pitalization days, and further improved the satisfaction level of care.It benefited the patients′vision recovery, and should be in-creased in clinical application .
