塔河油田超稠油电泵井受掺入稀油的不稳定性、稀稠油混配效果差影响,电泵运行工况极不稳定,故障停机井次多,运行寿命低,且现有技术水平难以动用原油黏度100×104 mPa·s以上、黏温拐点3500 m以下井储量。为改善电泵运行工况,延长运行寿命及动用超稠油井储量,从改善稀稠油混配效果及确保超稠油能够顺利入泵出发,研制了电泵加装尾管装置,并进行了5井次矿场试验。试验表明:该装置能够提高稀稠油混配效果,改善电泵运行工况,动用超稠油井储量,在稠油电泵井中具有广阔的应用前景。
塔河油田超稠油電泵井受摻入稀油的不穩定性、稀稠油混配效果差影響,電泵運行工況極不穩定,故障停機井次多,運行壽命低,且現有技術水平難以動用原油黏度100×104 mPa·s以上、黏溫枴點3500 m以下井儲量。為改善電泵運行工況,延長運行壽命及動用超稠油井儲量,從改善稀稠油混配效果及確保超稠油能夠順利入泵齣髮,研製瞭電泵加裝尾管裝置,併進行瞭5井次礦場試驗。試驗錶明:該裝置能夠提高稀稠油混配效果,改善電泵運行工況,動用超稠油井儲量,在稠油電泵井中具有廣闊的應用前景。

Affected by the instability of mixed light oil and the poor mixing effect of thin and heavy oil, the ultra-heavy oil electric submersible pump in Tahe oilifeld was characterized by extremely unstable operation condition, more fault shutdown times, low run-ning life and dififcult to develop the well reserves by the current technical level, which oil viscosity is more than 100 × 104 mPa·s and viscosity-temperature inlfection point is deeper than 3 500 m. In order to improve the pump operating condition, extend the running life and increase the reserves of ultra-heavy oil produced by mechanical lifting. From the aspects of improving the dilute heavy oil mixing effects and ensuring super heavy oil could smoothly enter into the pump, a pump installed tail pipe device was developed, and was applied in ifve wells in ifeld. The results show that:the device is able to enhance dilute heavy oil mixing effects, improve the pump operating condi-tion and produce ultra-heavy oil reserves. The pump has broad application prospects in the heavy oil wells.
