苏里格气田属于“低孔、低压、低渗”的三低气田,需要压裂改造才能生产,其中连续油管喷砂射孔环空分段压裂技术以其自身的技术优势,成为苏里格地区水平井改造的重要方式。连续油管喷砂射孔环空分段压裂技术通过定位器、封隔器等井下工具组合实现喷砂射孔、封隔器分层、套管大批量注入和连续油管精确定位,一趟管柱可完成多种作业,具有施工周期短、成本低、压后全通径等优点。阐述了该技术的工作原理及配套工具的原理、结构。通过在苏里格一口二开水平井的成功实施,说明连续油管喷砂射孔环空分段压裂技术适用于致密气藏,为水平井多级水力压裂提供了新的技术手段。

Sulige gas ifeld belongs to three low-ifelds, including low porosity, low pressure and low permeability, and requires frac-turing treatment for industrial gas. Depending on its technical advantages, coiled tubing jet perforating staged fracturing through annulus technique becomes the most signiifcant method for horizontal wells stimulation in Sulige area. Through the combination of down-hole tools such as positioned and packer, coiled tubing jet perforation separated fracturing through annulus technique can realize sand blast-ing perforation, packer stratiifcation, downloading casing in large quantities and coiled tubing accurate positioning. So several works can be ifnished by only one string trip, and has the advantages of short working cycle, low cost, full size after fracturing, etc. This paper elaborates the operating principle of this technique and the mechanism and structure of main tools in detail. The successful implement of this new process in one horizontal well in Sulige illustrate that the coiled tubing jet perforation separated fracturing through annulus tech-nique is applicable to tight gas reservoirs, providing a new and effective mean for multi-stage hydraulic fracturing of horizontal wells.
