为提高吐哈盆地鲁克沁油田稠油油藏的开采效率、降低水平井综合开发成本,实现油藏高效、经济开发。吐哈油田布署了一口多分支水平井-玉平8井,该井在施工中对地层可钻性差、水平段悬空侧钻、主井眼重入等多个技术难点进行了分析,运用了动力钻具优选、水平段井眼悬空侧钻技术,完善了水平分支井前进式施工方式、分支井眼重入主井眼等重要技术,有效地缩短了钻井周期,保证了安全快速完成施工任务。玉平8井的顺利完钻,为今后在稠油油藏开发钻多分支水平井、扩大储层控制面积,大幅度提高油井产量和采收率提供了新的途径。

To improve the heavy oil recovery of Lukexin Oilifeld and decrease the composite development cost by horizontal well, and to realize oilifeld highly efifcient and economical development, a multi-lateral horizontal well was deployed in Tuha ifeld, Well Yup-ing-8. During the drilling process of the well, some technical dififculties were encountered, such as poor drillability of the formation, pending horizontal section sidetracking, original hole reentry, etc. Based on the analysis on the above dififculties, some corresponding techniques were used, like power drilling tool optimization and horizontal section pending sidetrack technique, and some techniques were improved, like advance drilling method of lateral well and original hole reentry by lateral well hole. As a result, the drilling period was effectively shortened, and the drilling safety and rate were guaranteed. The smooth drilling of Well Yuping-8 supplies a novel method for enlarge area control of heavy oil formation by drilling multi-lateral horizontal wells and greatly increase oil rate and oil recovery.
