通过结构对比,发现上发厂某等级汽轮发电机护环结构偏重。基于价值工程考虑,工厂拟对其进行结构优化设计。为确保优化后的结构能够满足发电机的正常运行,进行了机械强度和通风计算分析,结果显示优化后的结构能满足运行条件,且原材料成本同比有较大的降幅,提高了该产品的市场竞争力。

It was found that the weight of the rotor retaining ring of the certain type of generator was heavier than those of other type of generators, compared one an-other in the ifeld of the construction of the rotor retaining ring in the turbine generator. Starting from the point of view of the value engineering, the optimized constructive design should be done by the factory. In order to guarantee the optimized construction meeting with the normal opera-tion requirement of the generator, the mechanical strength and lfow characteristics were calculated and analyzed. The result showed that the improved construction of the retain-ing ring met the requirement, while the cost of raw material reduced signiifcantly against the original design, increasing the competitive ability for this type of the turbine generator entering into the market.
