在对水-氢-氢某汽轮发电机及滑环的动平衡调试过程中,发现小轴系振动异常,分析了小轴系动平衡过程中导致轴振、瓦振异常的原因,提出了正确的处理措施,使得小轴系振动指标最终达到优良水平,为电厂安装及运行提供了可靠的保证。
在對水-氫-氫某汽輪髮電機及滑環的動平衡調試過程中,髮現小軸繫振動異常,分析瞭小軸繫動平衡過程中導緻軸振、瓦振異常的原因,提齣瞭正確的處理措施,使得小軸繫振動指標最終達到優良水平,為電廠安裝及運行提供瞭可靠的保證。

Abnormal vibration of the local rotor system was found during conducting dynamic balance and debug-ging the slip ring of the water-hydrogen-hydrogen cooled turbine-generator. Cause of the abnormal vibration hap-pened during the dynamic balance of the local rotor system was analyzed as well as the cause of the abnormal vibration of the shaft and bush. Thus, the correct measures were sug-gested to make data of the local rotor system reach excellent level, providing the reliable guarantee both in assembly and future operation of the power plant.
