高职生心理特点呈现出新的特点与问题。高职院校应针对学生心理发展的特点，结合学校教育实际，从教育理念、学习制度、人才培养模式、多元评价制度、心理和谐环境等方面进行变革，以促进高职生心理和谐发展。

New psychological characteristics and problems have emerged among vocational students. Regarding to these new psychological development characteristics,vocational colleges should make effective actions corresponding to the education circumstances. Reforms must be carried out in many aspects,from the philosophy of education,learning system,personnel training mode and multi-evaluation system to harmonious environment for students’ mentality. Only in this way,the development of vocational students’ mentality could be promoted with harmony.
