高职生职业核心能力的培养是高职院校内涵建设的必然要求，符合企业职业化人才的需求，是实现高职生顺利就业的根本条件。目前高职生的职业沟通能力、团队合作能力、自我管理能力等职业基础核心能力欠缺，解决实际问题和积极学习等职业拓展核心能力薄弱，领导力与执行力等职业延伸核心能力有待开发。影响高职生职业核心能力培养的因素主要有课程体系、高职生自我认知和校园文化等三个因素。
