对于中国英语学习者来说，口语是最难掌握的语言技能之一。英语口语教学效果难以提高的一个重要原因是英语口语课内训练时间有限，课外又无语言交际环境，口语训练机会太少。为克服这一现象，教师在课堂教学中要有意识地培养学生的口语自主学习能力，引导并督促学生利用课外时间进行大量的有针对性的口语训练。这是提高口语教学效果的有效途径之一。

Oral English is one of the most difficult language skills for English learners in China .Two factors account for this:One is the limited in-class oral English training , and the other is lack of language communication environment .In or-der to improve oral English teaching effect , teachers should intentionally develop students ’ learning autonomy in oral Eng-lish teaching, and lead students to make use of after-class time to conduct lots of targeted oral English training .
