目的探讨胎盘组织液联合宫腔镜下输卵管通液治疗在输卵管梗阻性不孕中的作用。方法50例不孕的患者排除男方不孕因素及女方其他方面不孕因素，行输卵管造影，均为双侧输卵管梗阻，随机分为两组，其中25例为研究组，给予胎盘组织液治疗后行宫腔镜下输卵管通液，其余25例为对照组，单纯应用输卵管通液。结果治疗后胎盘组织液联合宫腔镜治疗组的妊娠率较对照组明显提高。结论经临床应用证实，胎盘组织联合宫腔镜下输卵管通液治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕，输卵管再通率高，受孕概率增加，值得推广。
목적탐토태반조직액연합궁강경하수란관통액치료재수란관경조성불잉중적작용。방법50례불잉적환자배제남방불잉인소급녀방기타방면불잉인소，행수란관조영，균위쌍측수란관경조，수궤분위량조，기중25례위연구조，급여태반조직액치료후행궁강경하수란관통액，기여25례위대조조，단순응용수란관통액。결과치료후태반조직액연합궁강경치료조적임신솔교대조조명현제고。결론경림상응용증실，태반조직연합궁강경하수란관통액치료수란관경조성불잉，수란관재통솔고，수잉개솔증가，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the placental tissue lfuid therapy combined hysteroscopic tubal obstruction infertility. Methods 50 cases of patients with infertility to exclude male infertility factors, and the woman of the other aspects of infertility factors, line salpingography, and bilateral tubal obstruction, were randomly divided into two groups, of which 25 were divided into study groups given placental tissue fluid treatment underwent hysteroscopic tubal, remaining 25 patients as a control group, a simple application tubal. Results After treatment placental tissue fluid combined with hysteroscopy pregnancy rate of the treatment group compared with the control group improved signiifcantly. Conclusion Clinically it is proven, placental tissue lfuid combined hysteroscopic tubal obstruction infertility fallopian tube recanalization rate can increasa chances of pregnancy, which is worthing promoting.
