崩漏是妇女常见的一种月经病，其病机是脏腑气血功能失调，冲任损伤，不能制约经血，经血从胞宫非时妄行。常见原因有肾虚脾虚、血热、血瘀。瘀血为本病的主要致病原因。治疗本病，以活血祛瘀，行气止痛为主，佐以补虚扶正，调理冲任，代表方血府逐瘀汤。
붕루시부녀상견적일충월경병，기병궤시장부기혈공능실조，충임손상，불능제약경혈，경혈종포궁비시망행。상견원인유신허비허、혈열、혈어。어혈위본병적주요치병원인。치료본병，이활혈거어，행기지통위주，좌이보허부정，조리충임，대표방혈부축어탕。
