对某厂10 t真空中频炉用铝镁质干式料残料进行了化学成分、物相和显微结构分析,并据此探讨了烧结层和过渡层新相的形成机制。结果表明:烧结层的主要物相为刚玉、固溶有MgO的铁铝尖晶石和铁镍合金,而过渡层的主要物相为刚玉和镁铝尖晶石。认为烧结层铁铝尖晶石的形成受还原气氛影响,其在一定程度上延缓了刚玉的溶解,并使烧结层致密化,阻止了钢水和熔渣向过渡层的渗透。推测过渡层的原位尖晶石晶粒存在由镁砂端向刚玉端的迁移和聚集,从而形成了原镁砂位置出现空洞,而残存刚玉与尖晶石结合紧密的特殊结构。

Chemical compositions,mineral phase compositions and microstructure of a used Al2 O3-MgO based dry ramming mix for a domestic 10 tons vacuum medium frequency induction furnace were analyzed and the formation mechanism of the new mineral phases in the sintering layer and the transition layer were discussed accordingly.The results show that the main mineral phases in the sintering layer are corundum, hercynite solid-solved with MgO and Fe-Ni alloy while those in the transition layer are corundum and mag-nesium aluminate spinel.It is concluded that the formation of hercynite in the sintering layer is affected by the reduction atmosphere,which delays the solution of corundum into the molten slag to some extent and makes the sintering layer dense which can stop the penetration of molten steel and slag from the sintering layer to the transition layer.It is presumed that the in-situ spinel crystal grains migrate from magnesite to corundum and congregate around the corundum constantly and make a specific structure with a cavity at the original magnesite position and a close combination between spinel and the residual corundum.
