以自行研制的户用型上吸式气化炉和玉米芯为研究对象,使用气相色谱TCD检测器检测,运用响应曲面法对玉米芯气化条件(气化剂的流量、燃料的颗粒粒径和燃料的堆积高度)进行综合模拟分析与实验验证.结果表明:当空气进气量为1.6m3/h、物料粒径为1.5cm、物料堆积高度为70cm时,玉米芯产气中CO的含量最高,能达到32.38%左右,与模型的预期值32.23%比较接近,这为以后生物质的气化提供较好参考标准.

이자행연제적호용형상흡식기화로화옥미심위연구대상,사용기상색보TCD검측기검측,운용향응곡면법대옥미심기화조건(기화제적류량、연료적과립립경화연료적퇴적고도)진행종합모의분석여실험험증.결과표명:당공기진기량위1.6m3/h、물료립경위1.5cm、물료퇴적고도위70cm시,옥미심산기중CO적함량최고,능체도32.38%좌우,여모형적예기치32.23%비교접근,저위이후생물질적기화제공교호삼고표준.
With self-developed suction on household-type gasifier and corn cob as the research object,gas chromatography TCD was used as the detector. The response surface method was employed for compre-hensive simulation analysis and experimental verification the several gasification conditions (gasification agent,the fuel flow particle size and the height of fuel accumulation). The results showed that. When the air feed rate is 1.6 m3/h,material particle size is 1.5 cm,and material stacking height is 70 em,the content of CO gas production is the highest,which reaches about 32.38; ,very close to the expected value of 32.23 ; of the model,The results also provides a good reference for the future of biomass gasification.
