工会组织的基本任务是依照《工会法》和《中国工会章程》开展工作,工会组织的基本职能中就有对于职工开展＂教育培训＂方面的要求,从而引导和帮助教职工提高政治和文化业务素质,搞好教书育人,发动和组织教职工以主人翁的态度,积极投身学校的教育教学改革和发展。而全面提高教职工的综合素质,是教职工依法行使民主权利,参与学校教育管理,推动学校民主建设所必须具备的条件之一。近年来,学校的工会创新了＂以教育培训为载体、以教育培训为平台、以教育培训为抓手,寓教育培训于发展、寓教育培训于育人、寓教育培训于修身、寓教育培训于快乐、寓教育培训于健康、寓教育培训于怡情、寓教育培训于和谐＂的工作思路与工作机制,在教职工教育培训的内容和形式选择实践上有所进步。

The basic task of the labor union is in accordance with the ″labor law″ and ″the Chinese labor union articles of association″ to begin the work,the basic functions of labor union have the requirement to carry out various ″education training″ for the staff members,so as to guide and help staff to improve political and cultural business quality,improve teaching,mobilize and organize teaching and administrative staff to actively participate in school education teaching reform and development with the attitude of master.Improving the comprehensive quality of teaching and administrative staff is one of the conditions of staff exercising their democratic rights,participating in the school management,and promoting the school democratic construction.In recent years,the school union innovates the work mentality and working mechanism,which is ″taking education and training as the carrier,the platform and the grasp,combining education training in development,teaching,accomplishment,happiness,health,delight and harmony″,having a progress in the education and training contents and forms.
