论述目前常用的网状张力计校准装置在实际校准过程中存在的主要问题,并对其改造技术进行了探讨,研究了改造后校准装置的测量不确定度评定。结果表明,改造后的校准装置在符合网状张力计校准要求的基础上,操作简便且更具可靠性,大大提高了校准效率。

This paper described the main problems of screen tensiometer calibrator in the calibration process. The reconstructive technique was discussed, and the assessment of measurement uncertainty of the reformed calibrator was also provided. The result showed that the reformed calibrator can meet the calibration requirements of screen tensiometer ,and is more easily to operated and more reliably, which improved the efficiency of calibration greatly.
