随着＂十二五＂规划的实施,调结构、扩内需、保增长的决策在各个领域向纵深推进,反腐倡廉建设面临新的阶段性特征和大量新问题。主要表现在职能部门基于网格化管理理论对反腐倡廉建设态势的科学预警水平往往滞后于发展环境的快速变化,反腐倡廉成效与人民群众的高期望值存在距离,反腐倡廉网格化管理制度供给不足与相关领域有效制度需要的矛盾等。为此,从实践维度、制度维度等方面探索反腐倡廉网格化管理理论体系、制度体系和实践体系,以收制度化规约、网格化管理的实效,提高反腐倡廉建设的科学性。

With the implementation of "the Twelve Five-year Plan",the policy decision is advancing to depth ceaselessly,such as the expanding domestic demand,structural adjustment,growth and development.Anti-corruption is facing the new features and a large number of new problems,including the low scientific warning level of functional departments for Anti-corruption,the distance between the effectiveness of anti-corruption and the high expectations of the masses,the anti-corruption system inadequate supply based on the grid management theory.In order to improve the scientificity of anti-corruption,it is extremely necessary to explore the theoretical system,institutional systems and practical system of anti-corruption based on the grid management theory.
