对于热水供暖异程系统,工程设计中常用的水力计算方法是等温降法,且从最远立管环路开始计算。这种方法因为受最小管径的限制,往往难以实现各立管环路之间的水力平衡,而必需借助阀门才能实现水力平衡。本文通过计算实例说明,从最近立管环路开始计算,则可以很好地实现各立管环路之间的水力平衡,而无需借助阀门,并给出了这种方法的计算顺序。

For the hot water heating direct return system, the common hydraulic calculation method of engineering design is constant temperature drop method, which is calculated from the farthest riser loop. Because of the minimum diameter restriction, it is usually difficult to realize the hydraulic balance of every riser loop. Under such conditions, the system can meet the demand of hydraulic balance using valves. In the paper, through a calculation example it is shown that every riser loop is very easy to realize hydraulic balance without using valves when the system is calculated from the nearest riser loop. Besides, the calculation order of this method is given.
